Q: How do I search for product?

The box labeled “Search Products” will allow you to search any item in our inventory. You can use the description or the product code. For example – Entering F40 in the search box will return all F40’s in all brands. Entering 24477 in the search box will return SYLVANIA - F40/DX (30PK).

 

Q: If I don’t want to search for something specific can I scroll through a group of items?

The Inventory is also broken down into categories if you would like to scroll through our products. You can use "Filters" to refine your search results.

 

Q: How do I use the "Filters"?

Once you have selected a specific category, you can use our handy filters to refine your results. You can filter by wattage, length, CCT, manufacturer and/or origin.

 

Q: How do I ship to an alternate address?

While in the "Checkout" stage of placing your order, press the "edit" button at the Account Summary section. Under "Shipping Address", uncheck the box that says "Ship to the Billing address". Next, fill in the address you would like the order shipped to. You can choose to save this address to your address book for future use. The next time you are at this stage you can simply select the address from the drop down selection.

 

Q: How do I know if my order was processed?

Once you have clicked the Submit Order button a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you’ve provided as well as your salesmen. If you would like to check the status of your order after it’s been placed you can do so by using the "My Account" link at the top-right of the screen. If your status shows as ORDER SUBMITTED, this means that the order is in our system but has not been printed. If your status shows ORDER RECEIVED, this means your order has been approved and printed to be shipped. If your status shows as INVOICE, this means your order has been shipped and billed. Once you’ve reached this status you can view your shipping information and pro numbers as well as total quantities shipped and order total.

 

Q: Can I look at old orders?

Yes. Simply click the "My Account" link on the top-right of the page. You will be able to review your account and notifications.*
